Proline Plus™ 300 Product Information
Proline Plus™ 300 is a medium-density, closed-cell, spray-applied, polyurethane foam insulation for use in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional structures. Sprayed in place as a liquid, a chemical reaction causes expansion to yield high-quality foam insulation.
Proline Plus™ 300 is formulated with recycled PET (polyethylene terephthalate) raw materials and meets or exceeds the standards set out in ICC AC-377 and is listed under ICC ESR-3541 as conforming to ICC AC-377.
Application of Proline Plus™ 300 may be performed only by Trained Professionals adhering to the Urethane Foam Consultants (UFC) Field Quality Assurance Program. Proline Plus™ 300 can be sprayed into walls, ceilings, floors, attics and crawl spaces. Excess insulation can be trimmed within seconds of spraying, allowing drywall and/or finishing surfaces to be installed as soon as the application is complete.
Proline Plus™ 300 is intended for use in residential, commercial, industrial and institutional building applications. It expands to seal cavities, while reducing heat migration, energy consumption and moisture gain in buildings.
Proline Plus™ 300 is designed for interior or exterior building envelope applications, above or below grade.

Containers & Storage
Proline Plus™ 300 is supplied in “material sets” consisting of two liquid components contained in 55-US-gallon drums. Component A, isocyanate, is in red drums. Component B, resin, is in white drums.
Components should be stored in a well-ventilated area maintained between 65–86º F. Do not allow components to freeze. Do not heat components above 140º F.
For best results, Proline Plus™ 300 should be sprayed using 1000–1200 psi fluid pressure with materials heated to 120–130º F.
Trained Professionals spraying Proline Plus™ 300 can achieve yields between 4500–5000 bd ft of high-quality foam per material set.
Safe for Electrical Wiring
Proline Plus™ 300 can be applied over 14/3 and 12/2 wiring without affecting wire coverings.
Safe for Plumbing
Proline Plus™ 300 is safe for PVC (polyvinyl chloride), ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene), PEX (cross-linked polyethylene), copper and steel piping systems.
Use Caution Near Heat-emitting Sources
Insulation must be kept away from heat-emitting devices, such as recessed light fixtures and chimneys, at the minimum distance required by building regulations and safety codes. Gap should never be less than 3”.
Does Not Support Bacteria or Fungi
Proline Plus™ 300 is not a source of nutrients or sustenance for bacteria or fungi. Air sealing provided by Proline Plus™ 300 prevents infiltration of moisture, nutrients and spores.
Does Not Support Insects, Rodents or Other Pests
Proline Plus™ 300 is not a source of food for insects, rodents or other pests.
Environmental Health & Safety
Proline Plus™ 300 is free of CFCs (chlorofluorocarbons) and HCFCs (hydro chlorofluorocarbons).
